Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires Wealth Management Group, LLC (Rochester, NY)

Wealth Enhancement Group, a Minneapolis-based independent wealth management firm, has acquired Wealth Management Group, LLC, a hybrid RIA in Rochester, New York, bringing approximately $117 million in client assets. The acquisition adds another western New York office to Wealth Enhancement Group’s network and is intended to expand local presence and provide Wealth Management Group’s clients access to broader resources and services.

Wealth Enhancement Acquires VanceGray Wealth Management

Wealth Enhancement has acquired VanceGray Wealth Management, an independent RIA that oversees over $409 million in client assets and maintains locations in Bangor and Ellsworth, Maine. The acquisition closed on December 31, 2024, establishes Wealth Enhancement's first location in Maine and increases the firm's total client assets to more than $102.1 billion. The VanceGray team of four advisors and six support staff will join Wealth Enhancement.

Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires CJM Wealth Management

Wealth Enhancement Group, a Minneapolis-based independent wealth management firm overseeing roughly $19.4 billion in client assets, has acquired CJM Wealth Management, a Deer Park, New York registered investment adviser with about $440–446 million in client assets. The deal (closed Sept. 1, 2020) expands Wealth Enhancement Group’s presence in the New York metro (its third NY location and fifth in the Tri-State area); financial terms were not disclosed.
