Blue Yonder has acquired German software provider flexis AG to broaden its manufacturing production optimization and transportation planning capabilities. The acquisition adds flexis' production planning and scheduling, order slotting and sequencing, and transportation/vehicle routing capabilities to Blue Yonder's end-to-end supply chain platform, strengthening its offering for automotive and industrial OEM customers.
