Seaport Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired CyberlinkASP, a Dallas-headquartered managed service provider, from Staple Street Capital. Cyberlink delivers DaaS, application hosting, network management, disaster recovery and cybersecurity services to SMB and enterprise customers; Seaport funded the investment through Seaport Capital Partners VI and intends to grow the business through organic initiatives and add-on acquisitions.

Portmade, founded in 1996 with more than 50 employees and AEO/ISO 9001:2015 certifications, will expand Customs Support's local presence across Belgium and the Netherlands.

UKCS, an AEO-authorised customs broker founded in 2014 with ~150 employees across Felixstowe, Nottingham, Glasgow and Dover, will be integrated into Customs Support's European operations to create a leading UK customs brokerage with ~210 specialists.

AMPORTS Acquires Red Hook ConRo Terminal at Port Freeport

AMPORTS, a North American port operator and automotive services provider, acquired the operations of the Red Hook ConRo Terminal at Port Freeport, expanding its stevedoring and terminal services to the Gulf Coast. The purchase completes AMPORTS' coast-to-coast stevedoring footprint and transfers the existing Port Freeport operations and staff to AMPORTS.
