GlobalLogic Inc. has acquired ECS Group, a London-based digital transformation and DevOps consultancy with strong AWS capabilities. The acquisition expands GlobalLogic’s cloud-centric capabilities and Financial Services footprint in Europe; ECS will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary under its existing leadership.
