Godspeed Capital-backed Huckabee Architects Acquires Image Engineering Group

Huckabee Architects, the education-focused AEC platform backed by Godspeed Capital, has acquired Image Engineering Group (IEG), a Texas-based mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design firm focused on sustainable solutions for education, commercial, and retail markets. IEG will join Huckabee's platform to expand MEP capabilities, geographic reach and client relationships while leadership (Founder Don Penn and President Jonathan Penn) remain with the business; financial terms were not disclosed.
