StateServ Acquires Delta Care Rx

The deal brings Delta Care’s pharmacy benefit management, mail‑order, compounding and clinical pharmacist consulting capabilities into StateServ to improve quality of care and operational efficiencies for hospice and post‑acute providers; terms were not disclosed.

CareRx Acquires Hogan Pharmacy Partners Ltd.

CareRx Corporation entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire Hogan Pharmacy Partners Ltd., a technology-enabled long-term care pharmacy serving about 725 residents in Ontario. The consideration includes C$2.2 million in CareRx common shares and a C$2.2 million vendor take-back note; CareRx expects the deal to close in May 2022 and to be immediately accretive to earnings while extending its technology and service capabilities for seniors' congregate care.

Change Healthcare Acquires eRx Network
