Great American Insurance Group Acquires Radion Health

Great American Insurance Group has acquired Radion Health, a managing general underwriter (MGU) specializing in medical stop-loss coverage for small and midsize employers. Radion will continue operating under its existing leadership and will be rebranded as Great American Employer Health Solutions to expand Great American's specialty employer health benefits offering.
