Greenlane Holdings to Acquire KushCo in All-Stock Merger

Greenlane Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GNLN) and KushCo Holdings, Inc. (OTCQX: KSHB) entered into a definitive merger agreement in which KushCo will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greenlane. Under the terms of the deal, KushCo stockholders will receive about 0.2546 shares of Greenlane Class A common stock for each KushCo share, implying KushCo holders will own roughly 49.9% of the combined company.
