Halmos Capital Partners has partnered with Northpoint Roofing Systems to establish a roofing services platform, with subordinated debt and equity provided by NewSpring Mezzanine. As part of the growth plan, PE-backed Northpoint has completed its first add-on acquisition, buying Master Roofers of Manchester, New Hampshire.
