Harbour Group acquired American Packing & Gasket Holdings (APG) and added it to its SHF flow-components platform. APG will operate alongside Stainless Hose Fittings (SHF), Texcel, and OmegaOne to expand the group’s flow-control and sealing product breadth and technical support. Financial terms were not disclosed.
