Havis, a portfolio company of Guardian Capital Partners, has acquired Vanner, Inc., a Hilliard, Ohio–based manufacturer of power conversion and power management systems for commercial and specialty vehicles. The add-on strengthens Havis's engineering and product capabilities in vehicle power management and electrification across markets such as ambulance, transit, heavy truck and military.
