HEICO Corporation to Acquire Axillon Aerospace Fuel Containment Business

Axillon Aerospace has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Fuel Containment business to HEICO Corporation. The fuel containment unit, based in Rockmart, Georgia, employs approximately 530 people and provides specialized solutions for fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.

HEICO Corporation's Flight Support Group has agreed to acquire a 74% equity interest in Pioneer Industries, a Farmingdale, New York-based specialty distributor of military aviation, marine and ground spares, for cash at closing plus potential contingent consideration. Pioneer founders Robert and David Yormack will retain 26% and remain in their current roles; the transaction is subject to antitrust clearance and is expected to be accretive to HEICO's earnings within a year.
