Help at Home Acquires Meridius Health and Altamaha HomeCare

Help at Home, a Chicago-based in-home care provider, has acquired Pennsylvania-based Meridius Health and the nonskilled business of Georgia-based Altamaha HomeCare. The transactions add a combined ~300 field employees/caregivers and expand Help at Home’s home care footprint in central Pennsylvania and southeast Georgia as part of its inorganic growth strategy to increase local market density and support caregivers.
