Hemisphere Media Group completed its acquisition of radio stations WKAQ AM and KQ105 FM from TelevisaUnivision and concurrently launched a new multiplatform company, WAPA Media. The deal expands Hemisphere's Puerto Rico footprint by integrating top-rated radio assets with its leading TV, digital and live-events businesses to offer advertisers a unified, cross-platform offering.
