Hewlett Packard Enterprise to Acquire Zerto

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Zerto, a cloud data management and protection software provider, for $374 million in cash. The deal is expected to expand HPE GreenLake’s edge-to-cloud data services and deliver more than $130M of run-rate revenue at software gross margins, with about one-third contributing to HPE’s aaS ARR.
