HF Sinclair, through its Lubricants and Specialties subsidiary, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Tulsa-based Industrial Oils Unlimited in a $38 million transaction. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

HF Sinclair Corporation completed the merger to acquire all outstanding common units of Holly Energy Partners, L.P., paying 0.3150 shares of HF Sinclair common stock and $4.00 in cash per HEP common unit. The transaction removed HEP from public trading and gives HF Sinclair full ownership of HEP's midstream terminals, pipelines and storage assets to better integrate and optimize its logistics and midstream capabilities.
