Highlander Partners, a Dallas-based middle market private equity firm, has acquired Hilo Nutrition, a Columbus, Ohio–based maker of performance gummy supplements. Highlander plans to accelerate Hilo's growth through product innovation, strengthened direct-to-consumer capabilities and expanded distribution.
