Chicago-based private equity firm CIVC Partners has made a growth investment in Highstreet IT Solutions, a Rockville, Maryland-based Oracle implementation and managed services provider. The Highstreet management team (CEO Nick Magliato and CFO Ben Davies) will remain in place as CIVC backs the company to accelerate organic growth and pursue strategic acquisitions.
