Hologic Acquires Bolder Surgical for Approximately $160 Million

Hologic, Inc. has completed its previously announced acquisition of Bolder Surgical, a privately held U.S. provider of advanced energy vessel sealing surgical devices, for approximately $160 million. The deal expands Hologic’s surgical portfolio with laparoscopic vessel sealing, dividing and dissection tools and enables broader use of Bolder’s devices by OB/GYN specialists.
