Hornetsecurity Group to Acquire Altospam

Hornetsecurity, a provider of next-generation cloud security, compliance, backup and security awareness solutions, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Altospam, a French email cybersecurity company. The deal is subject to approval by the French Ministry for the Economy under French Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) regulations.

TA Associates, PSG and Verdane Invest in Hornetsecurity

The acquisition expands Hornetsecurity's European footprint and strengthens its presence in the U.K. and North American markets while bringing EveryCloud's ~9,000 customers and reseller network into Hornetsecurity's product and service ecosystem.
