Hospice Source, a Carrollton, Texas-based provider of home medical equipment for the hospice market and a portfolio company of Transition Capital Partners, has acquired Superior Healthcare, Inc. of Martinez, California. The add-on expands Hospice Source’s footprint in northern California and strengthens its position as a leading provider of hospice-focused durable medical equipment in the state.
