Howden Acquires Aston Lark

Howden, the international insurance broking group, has agreed to acquire Aston Lark from Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Bowmark Capital, subject to regulatory approval. The deal completes Howden's UK broking platform, creating a combined UK business managing over £6bn of gross written premium and significantly expanding Howden's scale and capabilities across commercial, private client and employee benefits lines.
