Hub International Limited acquired the assets of Hollis Companies, L.L.C. and The Employee Benefits Corporation (TEBC), both based in Metairie, Louisiana. The firms provide employee benefits consulting, workplace-wellness plans and compliance guidance; Michael Hollis will join Hub Gulf South and report to Shaun Norris. Terms were not disclosed.
