Huron Capital-backed InterVision Acquires Fotis Networks

Huron Capital’s IT solutions platform InterVision has acquired Fotis Networks, a Boston-area IT professional services firm specializing in cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure engineering. The add-on expands InterVision’s cybersecurity and cloud capabilities and provides access to Fotis’ government, healthcare and education clients; Fotis’ founder Frank Loulourgas will remain with the combined company.
