Airbrasive, LLC of Green Lane, Pennsylvania completed the acquisition of Airbrasive Jet Technologies from Sundara Partners. The private investment will fund product-line investment and expansion of manufacturing capacity, with Airbrasive relocating to a 100,000 sq. ft. Green Lane facility owned by the buyer’s principal investors.

The Toro Company Acquires Venture Products (Ventrac)

The Toro Company has agreed to acquire Venture Products, Inc., the manufacturer of Ventrac-branded turf, landscape and snow-management equipment, for $167.5 million in cash. The deal, expected to close before the end of Toro's fiscal 2020 second quarter, expands Toro's professional product offering and is expected to be financed under Toro's existing revolving credit facility; Ventrac reported approximately $100 million in net sales for calendar year 2019.

Superior Environmental Solutions (Palladium) Acquires Hydroblasters Inc.

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES), a Palladium Equity Partners-backed provider of environmental and industrial services, has acquired Hydroblasters Inc., a Wisconsin Rapids-based industrial services firm. The add-on deal expands SES’s footprint and service capabilities in Wisconsin and across the Midwest; financial terms were not disclosed.

Federal Signal Acquires Hog Technologies (Waterblasting, LLC)

Federal Signal Corporation completed the acquisition of substantially all assets and operations of Waterblasting, LLC, owner of Hog Technologies, for an initial purchase price of $78.1 million plus a contingent earn-out opportunity of up to $15 million. The company also agreed to acquire Hog’s primary manufacturing facility in Stuart, Florida for $14.5 million; Hog reported ~ $65 million of 2024 revenue and about 150 employees. The deal expands Federal Signal’s specialty vehicle platform and aftermarket service capabilities across municipal, infrastructure and airport end markets.

HGR Industrial Surplus Acquires Tramar Industries
