Chart Industries Acquires BlueInGreen, LLC

Chart Industries (NASDAQ: GTLS) completed the acquisition of BlueInGreen, LLC, a water cleantech company specializing in dissolved-gas solutions for water treatment, for $20 million in cash plus a potential earn-out. The purchase expands Chart’s water-treatment and service capabilities by combining Chart’s cryogenic and gas delivery equipment with BlueInGreen’s gas-dissolution technology and TaaS/service offerings to serve municipal and industrial end markets.

Insight Partners Leads $49.5M Series B in GreenLite

The funding will be used to enhance GreenLite's AI platform (LiteTable) and expand into additional end markets including lodging, logistics, clean energy infrastructure, and multifamily housing; the company has ~50 employees and serves major enterprise customers.

Turnium Technology Group Acquires Insentra Holdings Assets

Turnium Technology Group Inc. finalized the acquisition of substantially all assets of Insentra Holdings Pty Ltd and certain affiliated entities in the United States and the United Kingdom for an initial announced consideration (with an updated final purchase price of about CAD 5.7 million). The deal includes a mix of Turnium shares, cash paid at closing, a vendor loan, and potential earn-out and bonus payments tied to Insentra’s revenue and adjusted EBITDA performance after closing.
