Thryv Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: THRY) completed the acquisition of Sensis, Australia's leading digital marketing and directory services provider, from Platinum Equity and Telstra for approximately $200 million in cash. The deal expands Thryv's SaaS-based small-business platform into Australia and brings Sensis' digital, data and directory assets under Thryv's international operations.
