Infosys Acquires 75% of Versent Group in Australia Joint Venture With Telstra

Infosys and Telstra announced the formation of a joint venture in Australia in which Infosys will acquire 75% of Versent Group. Telstra will retain a 25% minority stake as Infosys takes operational control, with the deal expected to close in the second half of FY 2026 subject to regulatory approvals.
