Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires FloHawks Plumbing + Septic

Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) has acquired the assets of FloHawks Plumbing + Septic, a Puyallup, Washington-based provider of septic pumping, inspections, repair and plumbing/drain cleaning for residential and commercial customers. The acquisition expands LES's non-hazardous wastewater customer base and service footprint in the Pacific Northwest; terms were not disclosed. LES is backed by Audax Private Equity.

I Squared Capital Acquires VLS Environmental Solutions From Aurora Capital Partners

I Squared Capital, via its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, signed a definitive agreement to acquire VLS Environmental Solutions from Aurora Capital Partners. The deal was expected to close in Q3 2022 and the transaction has been reported as closed as of August 18, 2022. VLS provides ESG-focused waste management and specialty cleaning and repair services for regulated industries across North America.

VLS Environmental Solutions Acquires SRE Environmental

The add-on expands VLS's footprint and capabilities in the western United States, adding evaporation-pond wastewater disposal, tanker transport assets and new customer relationships; financial terms were not disclosed.

Palladium Equity Partners Acquires Superior Environmental Solutions

Palladium Equity Partners has acquired Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) from Rosewood Private Investments. SES, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, provides industrial and environmental services including emergency response, hydro-blasting, vacuum truck services, product destruction, recycling and waste disposal across more than 25 locations and employs over 500 people; Palladium said it will partner with SES management to pursue organic and inorganic growth in a fragmented market.

American AllWaste Acquires L&G Environmental
