Ingersoll Rand Acquires APSCO, Blutek and UT Pumps in $135M Bolt-on Deal

Ingersoll Rand Inc. acquired Air Power Systems Co., LLC (APSCO), Blutek s.r.l., and UT Pumps & Systems Private Limited in bolt-on transactions for a combined purchase price of approximately $135 million. The acquisitions add more than $50 million of combined revenue and expand Ingersoll Rand's pump, compressor and fluid-handling technologies and aftermarket capabilities across the United States, Italy and India.

Ingersoll Rand Acquires Dosatron International

Ingersoll Rand Inc. has acquired Dosatron International L.L.C. and Dilution Solutions L.L.C. for an all-cash upfront purchase price of approximately $90 million plus up to $15 million in potential future consideration. The Clearwater, Florida–based dosing pump and fluid-dosing systems business (about 45 employees) will join Ingersoll Rand's Precision and Science Technologies segment, expanding the company's digital and IIoT-enabled capabilities into controlled environment agriculture, hydroponics, horticulture, animal health, food safety and water treatment.

Ingersoll Rand Acquires Controlled Fluidics and Ethafilter s.r.l.

Ingersoll Rand Inc. has closed two acquisitions: Controlled Fluidics, a U.S.-based thermoplastic bonding and custom plastic assembly specialist serving life sciences and other high-growth end markets, and Ethafilter s.r.l., an Italy-based producer of filters and filter elements for the compressed air sector. The deals expand Ingersoll Rand's product portfolio and aftermarket capabilities, strengthening its position in life sciences, sterile filtration, and air treatment markets.

Ingersoll Rand Acquires Air Dimensions Inc.

Ingersoll Rand Inc. agreed to acquire Air Dimensions Inc. for $70.5 million in an all-cash transaction that closed Oct. 29, 2021, adding the vacuum diaphragm pump maker to its Precision and Science Technologies segment. Air Dimensions, a family‑owned manufacturer based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, supplies pumps for emission monitoring, biogas, utility and chemical processes; owners Greg and David English plan to retire after a transition period.

Ingersoll Rand Acquires Termomeccanica Industrial Compressors and Adicomp for ~€160M

Ingersoll Rand Inc. acquired Termomeccanica Industrial Compressors S.p.A. (TMIC) and its subsidiary Adicomp S.p.A. for approximately €160 million. The businesses — Italy-based designers and manufacturers of air and gas compressors and engineered-to-order RNG solutions — will join Ingersoll Rand's Industrial Technologies and Services segment to expand capabilities in renewable natural gas and other high-growth end markets.

American Industrial Partners Acquires Ingersoll Rand's High Pressure Solutions Segment

American Industrial Partners (AIP) agreed to acquire a majority interest in the High Pressure Solutions (HPS) segment of Ingersoll Rand, a transaction completed in early 2021. The deal (reported at about $300M) makes HPS a standalone business focused on manufacturing, service, and repair of high-pressure pumps and related consumables for the upstream energy market, with AIP providing operational support to drive product development, supply-chain optimization and growth.
