INSPYR Solutions Acquires ProTask

INSPYR Solutions, a national IT staffing and technology solutions firm and portfolio company of A&M Capital Partners, has acquired ProTask, a Washington, D.C.-based strategic staffing and consulting agency. The deal expands INSPYR's geographic presence and capabilities in the Mid-Atlantic region and brings ProTask's ~100 employees and client relationships into the INSPYR platform.
