Inszone Insurance Services Acquires Insurance Matters, Inc.

Inszone Insurance Services, a Sacramento-based full-service insurance brokerage, has acquired Insurance Matters, Inc., a Colorado Springs insurance agency founded by Steve Lohrig in 2003. The acquisition expands Inszone’s presence in Colorado — Insurance Matters’ employees will remain in the Colorado Springs office and continue servicing customers under the Inszone brand.
