Perspective Financial Group Ltd Acquires Nine UK Wealth Management Firms

Perspective Financial Group Ltd has completed nine acquisitions of local UK financial planning and wealth management practices — Square One Wealth Management; Barrie Hough Financial Services; Select Financial Solutions; Friendly Wealth Management; Clarendon Financial Planning; Clarendon FP LLP; Chapter Wealth Management; Paul Horton Financial Solutions; and Inspirational Financial Planning. The deals add approximately £900 million of assets under advice, 2,100 households and four new offices, as Perspective continues a roll-up strategy to scale its advisory platform and absorb regulatory/administrative costs for smaller practices.

Integrity Marketing Group Acquires Gladstone Wealth Partners

Integrity Marketing Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Gladstone Wealth Partners, a hybrid RIA overseeing more than $13 billion in assets under management. The deal brings Gladstone’s wealth-management capabilities into Integrity’s life and health insurance and insurtech platform to deliver more holistic life, health and wealth solutions; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Cambridge Investment Research Acquires WealthPlanners, LLC

Cambridge Investment Research, an independent broker-dealer and financial solutions firm, acquired WealthPlanners, LLC, a Des Plaines, Illinois wealth planning and benefits consulting firm. The deal is part of Cambridge’s advisor continuity and succession strategy and will integrate WealthPlanners into a newly formed employed-advisor group (“Cambridge WealthPlanners”).

Mission Wealth Acquires RightPath Investments & Financial Planning

Charlesbank Capital Partners Completes Investment in Perspective Financial Group

Charlesbank Capital Partners has completed a change-of-sponsor investment in Perspective Financial Group, succeeding CBPE Capital LLP after receiving FCA approval. Perspective, a UK independent financial adviser with ~£8.0 billion in Assets Under Advice and roughly 535 employees across nearly 40 offices, will keep its management team as significant shareholders and will use the partnership to accelerate scale and growth.

The Mather Group Acquires Clear Perspectives Financial Planning

The Mather Group, a Chicago-based fee-only wealth management firm, has acquired Clear Perspectives Financial Planning, a Cincinnati-based registered investment adviser with approximately $360 million in AUM. The deal expands TMG’s national footprint (establishing its first brick-and-mortar office in Ohio) and brings the Clear Perspectives team into TMG while preserving client relationships and local operations.
