The deal will allow INTELITECHS to offer broader cloud services to existing clients while delivering more comprehensive managed IT and security services to former cloud-only customers.

Gruve Acquires Lumos Cloud

Centroid Systems Acquires Intelletive

The deal enhances Centroid's capabilities in DevSecOps, Kubernetes, AI/ML and full‑stack development and appears to be an add-on acquisition that expands the platform's technology services offering.

NVIDIA Acquires Cumulus Networks

The acquisition expands NVIDIA’s networking software capabilities—enabling deeper integration across chips, switching hardware (including NVIDIA Mellanox Spectrum) and network operating software to support accelerated, software-defined data centers.

3Cloud, the largest U.S. Microsoft Azure pure-play services firm, acquired BlueGranite, a 25-year data & analytics consulting firm, to expand its Azure data and analytics capabilities. The acquisition, supported by Gryphon Investors (which holds a majority stake in 3Cloud), increases the combined team's scale to more than 700 Azure experts in the U.S.
