Intel to Acquire Granulate Cloud Solutions

Intel announced an agreement to acquire Granulate Cloud Solutions Ltd., an Israel-based developer of real-time continuous optimization software. The acquisition is expected to help Intel’s cloud and data center customers maximize compute workload performance while reducing infrastructure and cloud costs, and is expected to close in Q2 2022.
