inTEST Corporation entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Acculogic Inc. and its affiliates for approximately USD 9 million. The acquisition adds Acculogic’s robotics-based flying probe electronic production test systems and support services, including early exposure to electric vehicle battery testing applications. inTEST subsequently completed the acquisition.
