ITOCHU Corporation has acquired all shares of Fettle Bike Repair Ltd. (headquartered in London) through Kwik-Fit (GB) Ltd., a company controlled by ITOCHU's UK subsidiary European Tyre Enterprise Limited. The acquisition is intended to combine Fettle's bicycle-servicing expertise with Kwik-Fit's UK service network to expand after-sales and e-bike/e-cargo fleet servicing capabilities across the UK.
