Itron Acquires Locusview for $525 Million

Itron has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Locusview, a U.S. and Israel-based software and services company focused on the utility sector, for $525 million. The cash-funded deal is expected to close in January 2026 and will bring Locusview’s digital construction management SaaS platform into Itron’s resiliency solutions portfolio.
