Ingka Investments, the investment arm of Ingka Group (IKEA's largest retailer), has acquired Locus, an AI-powered logistics technology company headquartered in the United States. The purchase brings Locus's route-optimization, real-time tracking and TMS capabilities in-house to strengthen IKEA's home delivery, capacity management and last-mile execution while allowing Locus to remain operationally independent and continue serving other enterprise customers.

Lantronix Acquires Uplogix

The deal (Uplogix LTM revenue ~ $9M) expands Lantronix’s OOB remote management product portfolio and is expected to generate operating and product development synergies and be accretive to non-GAAP earnings within six months.

Planview Acquires Plutora

Axonius Acquires Cynerio

Deal terms were reported at about $180 million (potentially rising to $250 million on milestones), while Axonius' announcement described the transaction as "more than $100 million" in a cash-and-stock deal.
