J.D. Power Acquires Superior Integrated Solutions (Darwin Automotive)

J.D. Power has acquired Superior Integrated Solutions, Inc., including its Darwin Automotive F&I and digital retailing platform, to expand its software and data offerings for automotive dealerships and OEMs. Superior's senior leadership and 88 employees will join J.D. Power and form the base of a new dealership technologies division to accelerate digital retailing and F&I capabilities.
