Quantive acquired AuxinOKR, a UK-based OKR and strategy execution consulting firm, and launched Quantive Consulting to provide organizational change management and strategy implementation services. As part of the deal, AuxinOKR founders Peter Kerr and Mark Richard join Quantive as expert consultants and Quantive hired Bala Thiru to lead its new consulting practice.

Toronto-based GrowerIQ has acquired fellow cannabis software provider Ample Organics from U.S.-based Akerna in an all-cash deal that closed in December; financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition brings Ample's seven employees onto GrowerIQ's ~25-person team and combines two seed-to-sale ERP platforms to create what GrowerIQ calls the largest cannabis tech platform in Canada (and a stronger position in Europe).
