DAS Health, a Sheridan Capital Partners–backed portfolio company, has acquired ITelagen to add scale to its managed service provider (MSP) business, diversify EHR/PM relationships, and expand hosting services. The acquisition integrates ITelagen’s EHR/HCIT expertise and hosting capabilities into DAS’s broader healthcare IT offering across physician groups, hospitals and systems.
