RESA Power, a portfolio company of Investcorp, has acquired HALCO Service Corporation (including HALCO Testing Services, Inc. and AMPS-DMS, Inc.). The acquisition expands RESA Power’s electrical testing and engineering capabilities, strengthens its presence in California and adds service coverage into Texas, and supports the company’s push into the renewables market.
