HomeServe USA has acquired Sure Temp Air Conditioning LLC, a Mesa, Arizona–based residential HVAC provider. The small, highly rated company (just over 20 employees) will continue operating under HomeServe’s ownership with former owner Keith Rozelle remaining on staff as General Manager.

Heartland Home Services Acquires Blue Frost Heating & Cooling

Heartland Home Services, the Midwest residential home-services platform, has acquired Blue Frost Heating & Cooling, a West Chicago provider of residential HVAC services. The acquisition expands Heartland's footprint in the Chicagoland western suburbs; Tom Byrne, Blue Frost's owner since 2009, will remain with the business and management team. Terms were not disclosed.

Heartland Home Services Acquires Masters Heating & Cooling Inc.

Heartland Home Services, a Midwest home-services platform, has acquired Masters Heating & Cooling Inc., a residential HVAC provider with five locations across Indiana including Fort Wayne and Indianapolis. The management team of Masters will remain in place; terms were not disclosed and Heartland said the acquisition will support growth through its training resources and operational platform.

HomeServe USA has acquired Canyon State Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing, a 30-year-old residential HVAC and plumbing provider serving Sun City and surrounding communities in the Phoenix area. The acquisition — HomeServe's fourth HVAC purchase in greater Phoenix in under a year — adds a 28-person team and strengthens HomeServe's local service footprint and customer-facing capabilities in Arizona.

Southern Home Services Acquires Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning (Gaithersburg, MD)

Southern Home Services has acquired Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., a Gaithersburg, Maryland-based HVAC contractor, marking Southern's first business unit in Maryland.
