Enerpac Tool Group (NYSE: EPAC) has acquired HTL Group, a Cramlington, United Kingdom-based provider of controlled bolting products, rental, calibration, repair and training services with fiscal 2019 revenue of approximately $17 million. The acquisition expands Enerpac's bolting product portfolio and global rental offering and aligns with its strategy to become a pure-play Tools and Services company.
