BayPine LP has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pinnacle Dermatology Management, the largest female‑founded multi‑state dermatology management platform in the U.S. Pinnacle's management team and founder will partner with BayPine while existing sponsor Chicago Pacific Founders will roll a portion of its ownership; the deal supports Pinnacle's continued organic and inorganic growth and the incorporation of BayPine's digital capabilities.
