EVI Industries Acquires Ed Brown Distributors

EVI Industries, Inc. completed the cash acquisition of Dallas-based Ed Brown Distributors, a commercial laundry equipment distributor that also provides installation and maintenance services to on-premise and vended laundry customers. The deal (amount undisclosed) adds about 28 employees, new product representations and service capacity to support EVI's growth objectives in the central United States; Ed Brown will continue to operate under its existing name and team.
