America's Car-Mart Acquires Texas Auto Center

America's Car-Mart, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the dealership assets of Texas Auto Center (TAC), the two-location Austin/San Marcos used-car dealership founded by Bob and Erika Blankenship. The transaction (which excludes TAC's legacy finance receivables) is expected to close in the first quarter of Car-Mart's 2025 fiscal year and expands America's Car-Mart's footprint in the Texas market.
