The deal—supported by mezzanine and equity investors including Tecum Capital, NorthCoast Mezzanine, NorthCreek Mezzanine and management—adds 10 Midwest offices to the TERRA platform, expanding its geographic footprint and accelerating its plan to build a nationwide industrial staffing platform.
