Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national insurance brokerage, has acquired family-owned Alliance Business & Commercial Insurance Services to expand its commercial, personal and benefits insurance footprint in California. The acquisition will integrate Alliance's specialty programs (including workers' compensation for restaurants and programs for auto repair shops) into Inszone's platform as the company — which has received private equity investment — continues a roll-up strategy to build national scale.
