The acquired dealership will be renamed Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Kalamazoo, consolidating Stellantis brand offerings under one roof to provide a streamlined customer experience.

Foley Family Wines has reached an agreement to acquire Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery, including the Ferrari-Carano Estate Winery in Dry Creek Valley, the PreVail Mountain Winery, roughly 3,183 acres of land (1,223 planted acres), tasting rooms, residential properties and winery infrastructure. The acquisition expands Foley's portfolio of estate wineries and gives Foley control of Ferrari-Carano's award-winning brands, vineyards and hospitality operations.
