ZA Group Acquires 60% of E-Roots System

ZA Group Inc. (ZAAG) has closed the acquisition of a 60% stake in E-Roots System, a sustainable food materials manufacturer that produces equipment and vertical tower systems for growing food. ZAAG said E-Roots has its first order under the ZA Group family and expects to begin fulfilling orders and generating revenue in the near term; the deal expands ZA Group's manufacturing capabilities and its presence in sustainable/vertical farming solutions.
