Terms were not disclosed; Kian grew Westcoast Gate significantly since 2017 (from ~6 to nearly 100 employees) and the company provides installation, maintenance, repair and commercial security solutions across Southern California.

Watchtower Capital Acquires Fence Builders and Green Hill Fence Company
